Na/EU server are off ?

Got the game on Friday (hard copy), wanted to play on Odin with friends from other games and guilds etc, managed to make a toon fine got to like lvl 4 dcd then when reloading noticed he'd been stuck on a random Jp server :/

Of course I re made and was happy to start again, the same thing has happened 4 times now from then till now!

I've read that they've stopped new character creation on some servers etc but EVERY SINGLE EU AND NA server are either locked or not showing up in the server list for character creation :/

Is it just me or is this crazy? What the Hell SE! Can you please give me a chance to play the damn game? Just one night and then knowing my toon will be on the right server ...if its locked DON'T let me make one there at all but don't keep teasing me then throwing me over the other side of the damn world!?!

Sorry for wall of txt but very frustrated with SE' s game atm and there lack of speed in fixing this mess :/

Yeah I got to the character selection screen but I can't connect/see any eu/na server.

Edit: ok so resting my entire ps3 solved that issue, now to get past the connection to server was lost error >> ffs.
