I think the problem is while they are trying to fix stuff, 100000 people are spamming the login trying to get in, instead of waiting. BUT the reason for this is their piss poor communication skills. Twitter is there for a reason SE- USE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Updating the lodestone once every few hours doesn't do much...

I don't think they are trying to fix it. Probably just waiting for the players to get tired of trying; so the problem resolves by itself.
