    chances are yes, you'll still end up having to pay for a server transfer (even though this is 100% SE's fault for lack of foresight). SE isn't exactly known for their superior customer service, quite the opposite actually. if by chance they do offer everyone a free 1 time server transfer, even if it has to be used before a specified date, i'd be utterly amazed...

    I'm hoping they offer at least the one time character transfer, even if they limit it to a specific time frame. So far the guild leader and I have offered to pay for transfers to Gilgamesh for some of our locked out guildies, but depending on how expensive that gets we may only be able to afford so many. This is a disaster to say the least, I'd hope that they would try to compensate for their mistake a bit.

    Even if they would just give current players a 75% discount on the transfer price that would be welcome.
