Got crushes and text Final fantasy 14 arr has stopped working ...

While playing and run around the world I receive the text and error report final fantasy ARR has stopped working I search for resolve and try a lot of things
1. re install the FF?14 ARR but still got crushes
2. update my driver in my computer but still
3. i change GPU from my new gtx760 to gtx460 but there is still get the error -3-
4. try re install my window >_<
