Steps:
1. Form party of 5 with 4 rank 35-ish members and 1 Rank 46+ member
2. Start a leve
3. (optional) Have 2 others link the same Leve
4. Oust the high ranking member (the Rank 46+ one)
5. All 5 players will still have the Leve active
6. Have the ousted player kill mobs
7. The remaining 4 party members will recieve full SP for the kill.
