    Hi,
    I tried contacting support and didn't even get to talk to anyone as my ticket was deleted.
    I have a V1.0 legacy character (PC) and I wanted the Collectors Ed ARR (PC). I pre-ordered the game unaware that I couldn't update my V1.0 character with the in game items. Now all I can do is pay £15 to upgrade my character.
    If I had known about this I would of tried the PS3 version. Feel like I've wasted my money. I've paid for these items but can't use them.
    Why didn't SE just have a bonus code for the items and a reg code?
    I would just like to know if there is any chance in the future of using the reg code from my ARR CE (PC) to activate the in game items on my V1.0 legacy character. Which is more than likely a no.

    I'm in the same boat here.

    I was a 1.0 player that purchased the full 49.99 ARR CE PC edition but can't apply my CE code to my 1.0 service account. There is hope. They are handling people who created a second service account using their product keys and this feels pretty similar to that issue except we haven't consumed our key. I put in a ticket explaining the situation and hopefully it will be resolved. I'd really like to get those CE items!

    I would enter in a support ticket and be as polite and descriptive as possible.
