    um.. mog station is sooo crappy i tried everything i wanted to upgrade my account from standard to CE it wasnt working also i wanted to buy game time also not working... nothing seems to be working so

    MOG station actually seems rather comprehensive to me. I was able to upgrade to CE without any issues.This issue doesn't seem related to MOG but to paypal/UP
    Looks like paypal is denying it, try contacting ultimatepay (they have a ridiculously fast customer service), if they can't see why (maybe paypal blocked them, idk), contact paypal.
