THM Rank 3

I'm working on the hunting log, the only thing I'm missing from Rank 3 is the Fire Sprite. The only ones I've found are level 45. Is this right? I thought Rank 3 went from 22-31. Are there other Fire Sprites at lower levels? Do I seriously have to wait till level 45 to finish Rank 3 on my hunting log?

There are level 30 ones closer to the dessert in Southern Thanalan, I believe. You just have to run through that amaljaa fort to get through. I forget what the sanctuary down there is called.

Southern Thanalan there are a ton of them ranging from 30-34. They spawn in a ring around that camp in the middle of the Sagolli Desert and in the area just south of Little Ala Mihgo
