To my knowledge, the EA codes giving the Hat and Minion are supposed to be valid until Dec 31., 2013.

Were you using the code redemption process here? You'll have to log in and select your platform I believe - you'll then get an e-mail which *Edit* has a different code which you apply using Mogstation.

I'm pretty sure the codes were only valid until August 30th.

I have the same problem, tried yesterday and got invalid code from PSN. I can't find any place that says 30th August is the last day but instead 31st Dec is the last? Can someone confirm or direct to any official information on this?

These two sites actually give you the exact same code when registering for PS3 games. Its incredibly frustrating!

I put in a ticket about a week ago and got a confirmation email telling me they had received it four days ago. Still no word on if they're going to help me figure this whole pre-order bonus thing out, I'm hoping they're just inundated with tickets and that they haven't thrown mine out.

Contacted Sony and they confirmed that the code expired on August 29th. because Sqare Enix has removed all of this content from the network while they prepare their servers for traffic of the game.

Square-Enix shouldn't have made early access & mog cap, cait sith in one code.

Only Square-Enix can make new codes, and that seems like a pretty low priority at this point.

PS3 users got screwed on the preorder code.

What's the point of them claiming the code will expire on 31/12 in the first place when it is useless already. Pre order bonus should be claimable any time I don't understand why it has to have a timer in the first place.

Raising support ticket is useless since I am still waiting for a response (after a week).

Square-Enix please sort out the problem!
