Hi,

Since the early access I have entered my codes correctly and attached it to a PC service account which I use. When I go into account however it says I only have 9 days remaining on my account and it hasn't applied the 30 day free subscription? Any attempt to enter the code again I just get either "Invalid Code" or "This code has already been redeemed".

I've made a couple of tickets in the past but they keep getting closed without a resolution. I can't seem to get into the chat support either. Is someone at Square able to help with this before the days runs out?
