Ofcourse i did not bought this game from UK because im leaving in Poland so why i should buy it from UK store?

Did you not take a picture of the Collectors box and codes Merok? I had no receipt and I took pictures of everything, and they did change mine to collectors.

You might have been unlucky with one of the chat support people. Definitely try again with another person on support that will help you
