Log to your Mog station page:
1- click on support center > it will open a new window
2- you will find this written: " Chat support for FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn

3- after you click the "this link" fill the required info.
4- after you are done.. and submit your inquiry it will show you your ticket number in green and keep refreshing this page untill chat button shows up on this page, click on it and start chatting
I talked to one of the support center staff on live chat and he asked me to give him a photo of the game box,dvd, registration code card & the receipt ..i gave him the photos he asked for except for the receipt cuz i already threw that and i dont have it anymore... he told me he opened a ticket requesting to upgrade my account from standard to collector's edition and i should receive the reply within a few days...
MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN UPGRADED TO COLLECTOR'S EDITION!!!

I talked to SE Support through chat, I sent the guy exactly what you did without the receipt as well. He also had me type out the code written on the bottom of the DVD Disc, after that he said the problem will be escalated and I will be contacted if they are able to do anything![]()
Hopefully they'll upgrade mine too.
jus to say for all here.. i got the same problem ^^ purchased CE and received normal edition. i just send a message for support with my proof of payment etc. their send me a serial key for colector edition ^^ just do the same thing and show the old serial key for then... well for me worked

I had a 1.0 collectors hard copy and when it was transfered it was changed to standard. sent a ticket in day after release...still no reply (except auto response saying all tickets were closed). Placed two more tickets...
