I telephoned UK support today and quoted them my ticket number which is still 'open'.

I was asked to send photos of the games reciept, game code and game box along with the sellers details.

I was told that there are other people with the same problem and that they are collecting information and it 'should' be corrected 'soon'.

So if your ticket has been in for a few days and you dont have a resolution its worth giving support a call.

Support said, if the first 4 digits of the game code are R4VE then its a standard edition and thats what my code says

Hope we get this sorted out soon.
