Pre-ordered CE (Hard Copy) and it registered as Standard??

I got my Standard edition hardcopy. I used the code to register and got the pre-launch previously. When i registered the product code to my account, all that i have was the pre-launch code. No full access given yet.

I bought before pre-launch. And have patiently waited for 10 DAYS!! still no reply, i wonder if there is even a support team. My friend are still waiting, and im far behind. we played in the early access days.

Did you not take a picture of the Collectors box and codes Merok? I had no receipt and I took pictures of everything, and they did change mine to collectors.

You might have been unlucky with one of the chat support people. Definitely try again with another person on support that will help you

Its almost month ago i gought collector edition of this game. Its almost month ago i send first mail to square enix aboud false registration code, MONTH AGO!!!! And still nothing from SE. I think its gonna be last days of my days with FF, im not gonna subscribe. I payed too much for game, SE cheated me... Sad...
