Whats the number to UK support? Maybe If i call them from Sweden, which is gonna cost a freaking fortune, they can get it fixed.

I have this same issue. Also R4VE.
Logged a ticket and got the "received properly" response, waited about 4 days, then got the email saying it was closed.
Logged again and still waiting.
Sigh, this feels like EA...... complaints come here to die.
I've opened a ticket 8 days ago, still no response. :/ Going to try Chat support tomorrow I suppose, but the queue is just insane...
nope..still nothing Bananascalled UK support they said they will contact me via email and tell me the rest of the procedures.. and that was 4 days ago and nothing...
did anyone at all get this problem fixed? or are we all on hold or worse ignored?
F.Y.I : I asked how come we received a standard edition registration code in a collector's edition boxset? they said there has been a mix up and somehow they put these in SOME collector's edition cases by mistake... and we are the lucky ones who got these yay ^_^ so they told me they are aware that there are thousands who got this problem but funny thing is i dont see them doing anything about it or even adressing the problem on their site to comfort us saying like "we are aware of this problem and we will fix it" or something... im panicing here!!

Same here. First mail to SE i send 28th.08, since that day im sending one mail per day, and no reponse till now.
I donk know what are they doin' there...
