I have this same issue. Also R4VE.
Logged a ticket and got the "received properly" response, waited about 4 days, then got the email saying it was closed.
Logged again and still waiting.
Sigh, this feels like EA...... complaints come here to die.
I got my Standard edition hardcopy. I used the code to register and got the pre-launch previously. When i registered the product code to my account, all that i have was the pre-launch code. No full access given yet.
I bought before pre-launch. And have patiently waited for 10 DAYS!! still no reply, i wonder if there is even a support team. My friend are still waiting, and im far behind. we played in the early access days.

on a more serious note..i sure hope so but i have my doubts its gonna be anytime soon >_< ... i can almost see it.. their offices like a bee hive everyone is focusing on fixing the server capacity / new servers problem... still hope we hear something from them soonhurts when u pay for something and you dont get it >_<

I have the same problem, bought the PC Collectors Edition (boxed) and it shows up as Standard on Mog station.
Its a new account as well.
Sent a ticket and got the 'we have recieved your ticket' mail 2 days ago.
Hope they get it sorted soon.
I telephoned UK support today and quoted them my ticket number which is still 'open'.
I was asked to send photos of the games reciept, game code and game box along with the sellers details.
I was told that there are other people with the same problem and that they are collecting information and it 'should' be corrected 'soon'.
So if your ticket has been in for a few days and you dont have a resolution its worth giving support a call.
Support said, if the first 4 digits of the game code are R4VE then its a standard edition and thats what my code says
Hope we get this sorted out soon.
omg.... its R4VE!!! O_O so now what?? they wont upgrade it? ... thank u for the post will give them a call too .. cuz they didnt reply to me yet..
