Pleas try this
1. Download, and do not install NVidia beta driver 326.80
2. Download the driver uninstaller in this thread http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=379506
UPLUG YOUR INTERNET (So Windows doesn't install a new driver for you)
3 run the uninstaller, reboot pc
4 install new driver (326.80 works well see here http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=380615)
5 turn INTERNET BACK ON
