Is this a consumer product or a Kickstarter campaign? PS3 Customer

I purchased the game for PS3 several days ago and played up to level 16. I've yet to be able to log in all weekend. Obviously, I don't think this is a Kickstarter campaign, so I don't appreciate giving you money and being told to "be patient and wait."

Instead, postpone the launch of the game and pull it off of store shelves until it will work. Yes, I respect that you did this with PC copies but the PS3 games are still there. You, the manufacturer, need to be patient (and not release the game until it is ready). I, the customer, am afforded the right to demand a functioning-product when the money I earned leaves my hands and goes into yours. I bought a game that will not play and thus, it is non-functional or dysfunctional at least. That's beyond debate. It's fact.

This title ignores lessons from the past. It doesn't automatically log AFK users out, decreasing the chances of players being able to log in to the already packed servers. I noticed a few fan boys saying it was a bad idea to waste time implementing a code that says if a player doesn't move for 15 minutes, they're logged out. What would that require, ten minutes to write? Some even said that since players will set up macros to get around the AFK log out, it's pointless to implement it.

That's like saying stop lights are a bad idea, because some people will run them anyway. Please keep your opinions to yourself when they're that stupid.

Please know - I like what I have played - a LOT. I think this game could be one of my favorites. Thats the only reason I haven't gotten a refund yet (I did on Sim City. I know a lot of the local retailers and they pulled it off shelves after I spoke with them and showed EA's bull crap. I was a news reporter so that helped to get the right people's attention). This is a fun title - but not when I can't play it. It's junk to me if I can't play the game.

(And P.S. - proofreaders, who reply to point out spelling or grammatical errors and say nothing about the actual post's content - no one cares. We realize your brain isn't exactly firing a lot of neurons when you can read an argument and your instinctive response is "You misspelled something!" We get it. You're 5.)
