PLD looking for a FC.

Looking for a FC that is looking towards end-game content and general progression of said end-game at a steady, more casual pace, as opposed to a hardcore raid 13hrs a day pace.

Hit 50 a week or so ago and am in the midst of completing the relic quest (just started, at the moment I am stuck at the materia meld phase as it seems nearly impossible to find someone to successfully meld the Battledance III materia for some reason) and am in the middle of farming tomes for my DL gear.

The reason I am looking for a more casual progression FC is due to being in a hardcore raid guild in WoW and a hardcore Dynamis/Limbus/Sea/HM linkshell in FFXI in the past and don't think I can devote 40+ hours a week to farm pop items/wait for NM windows to open (even though I know neither of that is relevant in ARR.) Though I don't mind beating my head against a wall to down something regardless of how many tries are needed. I also don't mind helping others out by gathering/and or helping run them through dungeon content that they may be stuck at. (I'm looking at you extremely long DPS queue.)

I'll throw my hat into the pile - we've got both casual & hardcore players in guild, and we tend to raid whenever we feel like it (Fridays and Saturdays are usually dedicated to pushing the envelope, but everything else is just getting folks geared,) and really, we just happen to be a guild of like-minded individuals that are together as much for the atmosphere as we are for the raiding.
