I don't even think its possible right now. I tried to look myself but I couldn't find anything.
Gil sellers PMing us in-game and the Support center currently overwhelmed. Gotta love it.

There are two ways to submit a support ticket from in-game. One is for in-game GM help, the other is for something else. Unfortunately they don't really explain which is which and and neither is very obvious to find. I would check to see how I found them earlier so that I could share more details with you, but I've been plagued by 1017 all night, so I guess that's out of the question.
In any case, you'd be wasting your time to try using them. Any tickets that I've submitted to either option have gone unresponded to, followed a couple of days later with an automated e-mail saying (paraphrased), "We are so totally overwhelmed with work right now, so we thought the best way to lighten our load would be to automatically delete all tickets that aren't responded to within 48 hours. That list of deleted tickets now includes yours. Have a nice day."

Well yeah, SE has been getting too many complaints. Even if you are at your desk and you have over 200,000 complaining messages in your inbox, what are you going to do with that?![]()
