    Well you have a few options. Also where did you get your game from?

    1. Go through your e-mails, spam and all, and look for anything dealing with SQUARE ENIX of FF14. Alot of mail has been going into spam folders and might have gotten lost. That is for a digital download. If you got a box like I did, find that large paper in the box with the 25 digit code and enter it.

    2. Contact the place you got the game from (didn't see where in your main post) and see if they can send you a new code, or verify it was sent.

    3. Contact where you purchased the game and ask about their refund policy. Many places won't take opened boxes, and I don't know about others.
