    I give up. Please help

    Ok, sorry guys but i've put up with this for a full week now. And, I give up. Can someone please link me to where i can request a refund? If that's not to hard. Thank you.

    It was fun while it lasted. I got to level 8. Now when i try to log in it tells me to enter a registration code. so when i enter it, it tells me that its already been used. I don't feel like figuring out this problem. I've already solved enough problems just to try to play this game and I give up now. I just want my money back.

    you should have2 codes, the code for "early access" and the code for "release access", the last one includes 31day free to play game, do you have the last code? or are you trying to put the samecode from early access?

    Be aware that you receive a second e-mail with a second code after the official release on 27/08/2013. This e-mail is addressed as: webhelp.v4@digitalriver.com and it's probably in your spam folder. For refunds, try to use the support site.

    Well you have a few options. Also where did you get your game from?

    1. Go through your e-mails, spam and all, and look for anything dealing with SQUARE ENIX of FF14. Alot of mail has been going into spam folders and might have gotten lost. That is for a digital download. If you got a box like I did, find that large paper in the box with the 25 digit code and enter it.

    2. Contact the place you got the game from (didn't see where in your main post) and see if they can send you a new code, or verify it was sent.

    3. Contact where you purchased the game and ask about their refund policy. Many places won't take opened boxes, and I don't know about others.

    i digital download. nothings in my e-mail. there is 1 code in my e-mail but that is like a 40 digit code. not th 25digit one
