I think everyone should get one free transfer as well. However restrict it to Legacy-to-Legacy only. OR remove all their gil if they transfer from Legacy-to-NonLegacy. We don't need Legacy people and their Hundreds-of-thousands of gil to millions of gil (according to videos I've seen of legacy players). We do need more gil generation but that's not the way to do it =P. Obviously nonlegacy-to-legacy transfers wouldnt hurt them at all other than the fact that most Legacy servers seem to be the most popular to begin with.
