Couldn't agree more. I made a P3/P4 character on Gilgamesh...huge mistake. I would love a free transfer as far away from Gilgamesh as possible as soon as it is feasibly possible to do so.

Also, I feel they should make it so the "free 30days [of trying to log in to play but instead getting error 1017/2002/2006/getting queued and kicked out of queue after 30 seconds/suddenly unable to update Group NA/EU/JP] of play" does not countdown until this server issue is fixed and more stable. If these issues aren't resolved after 9/3, then our "free 30 days" of play is going to be just ^that.

I feel that the free 7-day extension is a cop-out, "You purchased our game, we give you a free month of broken server connections and terrible customer service because we're so amazingly incompetent. Oh! Our bad. Here you get a free 'week' of more play time! Here's to hoping it's not as shitty as the first week!"

...a week? How about you don't compensate for the 10 days of face to face with your numerous errors of incompetence and shell out a whole month for good faith and to attempt to save face, because we're your loyal customers! I really don't feel like I'm asking for too much here.

Honestly, I'd like some financial compensation for my mental anguish, and at least 1 free character transfer sounds pleasing to me. All my pals and I swore we'd leave Behemoth the second they allow for transfers anyway. I mean, I'd like a full refund from SE (because once this game gets fixed, that's my first 3 months free right there), but that would sound too high and mighty. However, after playing all the beta phases, I become very excited to play the live version, so excited that I took some vacation time to play/binge on this game.

So, please, save face, and give me something extra.

OK, looks like the thread kind of died off and not enough people signing the "Petition" so this might not happen. I was really hoping this would help get our legacy friends off the legacy servers and our other friends spread across other worlds all into one place. Specially since even after the fixes 80% of the servers were still blocked from having new toons.

If we do have to wait for paid transfers, when will that happen? All I've seen is coming mid-September. To me that could be anywhere from the 10th to the 20th. I don't suppose the TEAM could nail down a date for us?

I've also seen other posts of people asking for new features or changes to existing ones with a nice response of being implemented in update 2.1, but no indication of when 2.1 might happen. How about it, can we know a target date for 2.1?

Here's my issue. I can't play the game because my RL friends and all the people we know in another community are playing on a high population server that's been locked out of character creation. Sitting up all hours of the night and morning refreshing the server list has done nothing.

If I create a character on another server and level him up just so that I can play, when server transfers happen, would I realistically be able to transfer him to the high population server? No. The transfer page mentions that some servers might be unavailable due to high population. Okay, can I expect a big group of players who are getting established (or already are) while I'm not playing and have made friends on a particular server to move? No. If a transfer would get me to where I need to go, would I want to pay for it? No. I shouldn't have to pay to solve a problem SE caused at launch.

The other course of action is to keep refreshing the server list at odd times in hopes that the server will become available. This hasn't worked since I bought the game. The only thing I have to look forward to is the update mentioned today in which they're making the servers better; this was the exact same thing said about the Tues./Wed. maintenance which did not alleviate my character creation problems, so there's no guarantee there. What do I hold out for? The AFK kick timer update? According to posters on here, they sometimes can join the server I'm wanting to get on with absolutely no queue, so apparently it's just manually locked, so I have no guarantee that kicking AFK people is going to help.

So my options are to play without my friends and not likely ever play with them or sit around wasting my time not playing with my friends. In either case, the game's useless to me right now. Also, I still haven't had the 7 days applied to my account and no comment on whether that's going to be resolved or not. So I'm literally watching my first month's game time tick down with nothing to show for it.
