Unknown Crash/System Shutdown

I have been experiencing isolated crashes at random times, in random areas. Unlike previous errors, there is no error message, and the client itself never shuts down; my entire computer shuts itself off and will take multiple attempts to even turn back on. I do not know if there is something else that is causing this, but it has never happened to me in the 2 years I have owned my CPU, and it only happens when I play FFXIV. Any and all helpful feedback is greatly appreciated.
