Currently the DOT system appears to have a problem.

If you buff an attack that lands a DOT (Blood for Blood with Chaos Thrust) and later try to re-apply the DOT after Blood for Blood has faded, the new DOT will not apply as it has a lower potency.

A WHM in our Binding Coil of Bahamut group has also pointed out that on occasion he will Divine Seal + Regen the Tanks and from that point on be unable to refresh Regen on us until the old one has worn off.

I believe that overriding a stronger DOT with a weaker DOT should be down to player and not a preventative design mechanic. Please give players an option to override strong DOT's should it be required as this is causing a disjoint in combat rotations.
