AFK Camera

I like the feature of Elder Scrolls games that when u are AFK for more than hmm 30 secs or 1 min, the camera start to move around your character. this as an option could be cool

and I have a question. Is there any place where I can find an actual comprehensive manual online/pdf/anything on how to configure the UI. As it is I will never get my character high enough to start a thread because I somehow brought up a different controller hotXbar set and in trying to get old one back I got if but some how my controller setting are SNAFU. I tried under system and set the buttons back to what I want and saved it but still no effect.

The Lodestone manual was written by someone that seems to have assumed a great deal of existing knowledge about the overall interface and truthfully should not be passed off as a manual.
