Finding Warmech was a bish, indeed. And although Imps were definitely goblins, and we have a goblin server already, one named Imp would be pretty rad. I'm liking Madpony the more I think about it, though.
Or it's alternative Nightmare
edgefu: Indeed, they've called them the Light Warriors in a few different games, but usually not so directly and repeatedly as in I and XIV.
-The Onion Knights in FFIII are Warriors of Light, and they actually encounter the Warriors of Darkness in the Sylx Tower at the end of the game. There are Dark Crystals for each of them, too.
-There are 4 Crystals of Light and 4 of Dark on the Blue Planet in FFIV - the dark ones are underground, then there is another set of 8 on the Moon. Don't forget the extra one Golbez gives to Cecil, and the one you can steal from Zeromus, too!
-FFV had two sets of Warriors of Light in World 1 and World 2.. but this is getting out of hand
Getting the CROWN from those WIZARDs was another painful part of FFI. I'd usually just run into the Marsh Cave, engage that fight, and reset if there were more than 2 of them. 2-4 could appear if I recall.
XXXX and BANE, all of that, very nasty spells.
It wasn't the wizards that got me it was if you were just unlucky enough after getting the crown to run into a full 9 party of the Geists that would sleep you until your party was wiped......edgefu: Indeed, they've called them the Light Warriors in a few different games, but usually not so directly and repeatedly as in I and XIV.

Either or .. or both.. Nightmare or Madpony. I was trying to remember the other name of the monster that looked the same... so thanks for that! (@edgefu)
holy smokes...got in a que and made it past all the errors. time to get some playtime in. GL to you all
Oh yes I totally agree. Painful. Completely, utterly painful. I used to be horrible and run away from battles in RPGs, thus not levelling as much as I should and then get trounced. I recall a point of no return on disc 3 or 4 of ff8 that messed me up because I wasn't a high enough level and I had to start the WHOLE GAME OVER, because of course that was before I kept multiple save points.Getting the CROWN from those WIZARDs was another painful part of FFI.
