It's obvious people have been having problems all day today and currently at this time not being able to even connect to the lobby servers. I've seen no updates on Lodestone anywhere that they've even acknowledge the issue is still going on. They posted something a few hours ago saying the issue had been "addressed" but obviously this is not true. Do they not even have staff monitoring these servers? Particularly during this period when there have been an obvious rash of problems and the fact that it's the launch phase prior to convincing people to stay and eventually pay monthly subscription fees.

As someone who has worked as an IT professional for several years, I can truthfully say in any other company people would be losing their jobs for this level of ineptitude in delivering an online product to the public.
