How exactly do you go about getting a refund? Is there a guide for this? Is it as easy as taking the opened copy back to Gamestop or sending it back to Amazon?
Thanks,

I don't think you can, due to the fact that the code no longer works, because it is tied to your account. So, therefore, it would be illegal for them to sell the game again, and they wouldn't want to waste a perfectly good game by just throwing it out.
If you read real close in the terms and conditions it says once you agree to these terms and conditions you forfeit your refund. Me I am just gonna chalk it up as a loss not like it even puts a scratch in my bank account anyway. Diablo 3 comes out for PS3 on the 3rd so will just get that.
If the terms and conditions state that they dont have to give you a refund then yeah your not getting one. Besides im not sure why people are jumping the gun and getting ready to just chuck the game. Fixes take time they have to sift through thousands of code variations and find where the issue is occuring before they can put in proper patches and fixx holes where the issues are occuring. In other words why not just wait til the Sept 4th update and see if that fixes the issues you have been having. No sense on chucking the game before you really know if it can be fixed or not.
The idea of Evil is birthed by stupidity and ignorance and flourishes in the mind and heart of humanity.
