All players need to be credited an extension of "free play time"

This is pure crap... 4 straight days of not being able to login... I dare you to log into a instance and get 9000'ed... You'll never even be able to load the server list again... Even if you get online you have a 50/50 chance of getting disconnected... I left FF1 the last time because they decided to random ban people from having an expired CC... Then the FF14 1.0 insult, followed by people willing to play that crap for 90 days getting special treatment... Now this login crap and a million apologies for not anticipating this crowd... YOU PRE-SOLD THE GAME you SHOULD'VE PREPARED FOR IT. Did your crap engineers FORGET TO COUNT THE PREORDERS SOLD? or did prior people that spent $80 on that 1.0 crap weren't your concern anymore?

Other than that... Happy watching others talk about the game while you and the rest of your friends sit there like this is OK for a service you paid $80 for in the past or $70 now.. WHY DOES SE THINK THIS IS ACCEPTABLE? STOP SENDING LETTERS. Stop the server all together and FIX IT...

They've said they are "thinking" about it. I'm pretty sure they will give everyone at least 7 days of free time. I meant they already gave everyone 3 because Early Access didn't work right.

Free Trial Extension

To apologize to our loyal fans who may not have been able to login or create characters during early access and the days immediately following launch, the development and operations teams are currently considering providing all player accounts with an additional seven days to their free trials. This includes non-legacy players from 1.0, who will be given new seven-day free trials. Trial extensions will be awarded after the aforementioned server maintenance on Wednesday. Details on the trial extension, including the extension period, will be released in a separate post as soon as they have been solidified.
