    First weekend after launch

    While I have anticipated that it will be extra difficult to login this weekend, the REAL FRUSTRATION is not the fact of not being to login, but productivity loss during the login process...

    The repeated process of START - Char Selection - 1017/ok - START (sometimes 2002) is probably frustrates people the most, we can't do much else when repeating this cycle which by itself is ridiculous since they do have a QUEUE SYSTEM...

    What's the point of a queue system if you put a limit on it?

    I've been trying SIXTEEN STRAIT HOURS to log in, taking no more than a 30 minute break...and ive gotten nothing but "cannot update NA server list" or the 1017 bull crap. Even worse than that tho is my friend i bought a copy of the game for as a gift. Spent 6 months talking the game up, trying to convince him to play...and the past 4 days since he relented he cant even make a god damn character on my friggin server. I am so utterly embarrassed i dont even know what to tell him. And EVEN worse SE has let this go on for a week...and STILL they claim they cant fix ANYTHING until next wednesday! This is officially the worst launch of all time. And before any fanboy says 'oh youve obviously never played a mmo at launch' well this is my 7th. And by far the worst...all the others got their worst kinks ironed out in the first week. One week after the servers opened for ea here and it's only gotten worse by the day.

    Please SE...provide us the service we paid for...
