Can I target other people's pets?

I was recently involved in a FATE and I wanted to heal another player character's carbuncle, but I could not target it or cycle to it in any way, not even with the ALL target scheme enacted. I was solo (not in a party), so maybe you have to be in a party to target another player's pet?

On a side note: I had no trouble at all targeting other people's minions, but still could not lock on to another carbuncle! Please help!

i think there is an option for that in the char config (esc button) where you can manage what you can target and what you dont want to, hope this helps.

The title should be Summons and not pets considering pets are vanity items and don't take any damage. Title is a little misleading. Then again the target system was supposed to work for monsters and players atm.

i just click on the pet to target it and then heal...clunky but effective

So you too can not cycle through to target a pet outside of party?

Weird, as actual vanity pets who nobody needs to interact with are in the targeting list. During a crowded FATE, I can't target a mob without first cycling through not only all the players, but also all their Cait Sith dolls or mini-behemoths.

my problem is targeting all mobs around the area and not a single mob for the fate standing in front of me when using tap :x
