I do not really have a issue with fates for the reason of I can only do a dungeon so many times before I wanna gouge my eye ball out with a rusty spoon meaning if I lvl a couple classes up I am going to quickly run out of zone quest to do. Leaving me with leves and dungeons.
leves have a limit to how many you can do and as I said I can only grind a dungeon so many times so unless you nerfed fates exp into the ground they are still going to be worth it over those, I mean honestly lowering the exp on fates by 20% or so would add what a day or two to someones lvling who just sits there all day doing it.
I know that I would at least still fate grind over running a dungeon or just flat mindless korean MMO style mob grinding

I hate hate HATE zerg fights, we had it in 1.0 in the early days with 15 man leve link parties and now its back with FATES, no organisation, no skill, just spam a button.
I am a fan of dungeon grinding but sadly dungeons are suffering also, because everyone is doing fates.
Personally I would suggest to SE to remove all zerg fates and just have the boss ones, they are much more fun.
AND FOR GOD SAKES GIVE US MORE QUESTS, 1000'S MORE, BECAUSE UNLIKE ME SOME PEOPLE HAVE 7-9 CLASSES TO LEVEL UP.
I can not believe that you completely forgot to add quests in the 45+ range, what do you expect us to do ? zerg fates for 4 levels .. no thanks I would sooner quit.

A lot of people prefer mindless grinding. I personally do not understand it. If you nerf the fate EXP. they will simply move on to the next mindless grind.
The thing is most of the people that do these grinds are not going to be hampered from not learning the game as a lot of people are claiming. The guys grinding are the power gamers who are going to vote kick you for a being a baddy RP nerd in dungeons.

Well if you remove fate as the grind they will go to dungeons as "should be" intended, in a dungeon you have little choice but to learn your class.A lot of people prefer mindless grinding. if they nerf fates , how the hell are we going to level up? i have a 50 already and leveling another class , after my hunting log is done in the range of levels what?
dungeon? as DPS takes like 1h-2h for what 10% of my xp bar?
leves? limited :S
grinding mobs? no1 wants to do that in FFXIV , mobs give to no exp
SE did a mistake removing EXP partys....fates are supposed to reemplace exp partys but are randomchasing fates sucks

There's one way you can form a exp party and party in a high level area.if they nerf fates , how the hell are we going to level up? i have a 50 already and leveling another class , after my hunting log is done in the range of levels what?

I like the idea of diminishing returns on FATE, you get 100% experience and seals on your first FATE, then lower to 50%, then 25%, and it stays at 25%.
Diminishing return refreshes back to 100%, after an hour or two.

I am just playing the game right and I am having fun...if you don't like FATE Grinding then don't do it...I don't do it and feel the game is progressing just fine and at a good pace for me and my fellow FC/LS players. Don't hate on others just because you don't like something...it is their game experience that they are ruining by doing this and not playing the content.
