Seriously, it's become more than obvious by now that these guys have no idea what they are doing, they're not fixing anything(oh wow..duty finder fixed...wee...wait..How can I use it IF I CAN'T LOG IN?!), They are imposing a login restriction with the claim they want to prevent a server crash(Oh gee, you wouldn't have had this issue if you had simply created more worlds from the start and expanded the capacity the servers can handle BEFORE launch.), and don't look like they are going to be expanding the server capacity anytime soon, if ever. The players who don't want to leave their friends behind, start over, or fork out cash for server transfer are screwed.
Verdict: Dead game running.

To those who replied this thread and from other server, especially on JP server such as Masamune (wow... really?), let me ask you this:

What the heck are you doing in Sargatanas forum? And how does a person leaving in this server affect chances on other server to get better login time, especially when dara center are like 2 continent hugely-apart?

Well looking from OP's character, date of post and recruitment for his "brony" FC, he abandoned his notion of abandoning the game. Yeah there were issues at the start but everything is running fairly smooth now. It seems that someone was a bit too hasty in their conviction and should have withheld it entirely.
