login screen issue

when i started the launcher earlier today it took me to the screen and wants me to input my code again but i already used my code and it wont let me login normally to play the game until i put in a valid unused code

I am having the same damn issue tonight as well. When logging on now it wants my code again.. i tried it and it says that it is in use.. i check my account and it shows that FF is registered already..... now i'm stuck and can't play till someone figures this out.... uggg!!

Check your email again! The one you used to register the game, you will have a new email from Square Enix with a new code, the code you are trying to use is the Early Access one, you now need to input the real game code.

The emails are sent from: webhelp.v4@digitalriver.com
Subject: Square-Enix, Inc. - Product Now Available (Order #XXXXXXXXXXX) <--- your actual order number

This is from an US account btw, dunno about EU.

I received mine on the SPAM folder dunno why, check it out and you will be ready to go in no time.

i just use my password n leave that part blank n hit log in n it should work....but its not like u can play anyway your just gonna get error 1017 no one new can get on
