Is This Worth Paying $12.99?

Sooo I know we get the 30 days free to play, but I havent been able to play since the second day of launch. I wonder if they will give us a free 30 days to play again after everything is fixed... right now they are losing my interest on this game. I'm not butt hurt about it, I just don't want to pour money into something I wont get to use. I will still love square enix games ever since final fantasy on nintendo, but it somewhat sucks when I tell everyone "screw WoW this is boring. Im off to play Final Fantasy. Peace." to my guild and yet here I am watching NetFlix, Hulu, and exploring the anime streaming online because I cant play this game... What are your guys thought on this?

I don't plan to pay for subscription after 30 days unless it's fixed. It's not worth it I think. So far they said we might get an extra 7 days free.

A free week does not cut it imo. Phase 4, Early Access, and Launch so far. So much time alot of us have not been able to play. They have 30 days to get the servers fixed. If not by then I would be unsure myself if I'd want to subscribe either. 1 free week does not compensate enough for the frustration and aggravation so far. But that's just my opinion.

I agree 7 days, it's not enough. I don't know what they are thinking.

well considering what ihave been reading in the forums and the problems they had in the beta i would say at the moment its not. Actually thats why i canceled my preorder a while back and i havent yet purchased the game itself at least not til they fix the bugs that people are having issues with. Mainly the login issue. No sense on paying for a game that you cant even log into

Maybe they should make it F2P for a couple of months until they get everything solved...

I was hoping this would be my next P2P game, but if these logon problems are not resolved soon, I will not be subscribing. Instead, I will be waiting for Elder Scrolls Online, which I am sure will have its challenges as well. Somebody has to get this right.

But if you are asking about content, yes it is worth playing. BUT YOSHI P, and the SE team needs to understand that it is not much a good ONLINE game when you CAN'T let everyone play. EVERYONE THAT IS READY to give you money especially. Patience running out man, running out VERY quickly.

Been a week and it is only getting worse since people are not login off if when their life depends on it.

Yoshi has confirmed that all player accounts, legacy and new, will be given an extra seven days for free to make up for all the problems during EA and after launch and everything should be fixed after 4th Sept, so that's OK with me.
