You can build a PC that will run it on low @ 40-60fps for around 450$.
I highly recommend building your own if you know how, or if you know someone who does.
Your system is too old to upgrade I'm afraid. that TNT card is a AGP slot graphics card.

What does that mean?

It means your system is literally too old to upgrade. Modern motherboards are made with PCI express x16 slots for the graphics cards.
The motherboard in your system uses an older AGP slot type.
All modern video cards are PCI express.
So does that mean i can't use or put in a new graphics card? I don't know what you mean by upgradeable.
Well i looked it up, being the technichal wizard i'm not, and i went to device manager, right clicked on my graphics card, clicked properties, and the location said PCI. Doesn't that meen it's that pci express 16 or whatever?
