Currently im farming Wanderers Palace for these Tomes to get Darklight gear, is Ampador keep a better yield for these or is there another method that im not aware of for obtaining these?

The first 8 man dungeon at the end of the story (not fight, dungeon) gives you 100. When I did my run last night a group of 4 was farming it in my queue group.
