unique - You are right it's not, there are SE posts on where, when, what, why, and even how to post tech issues and bug reports. Our lack of comprehension, ability, or understanding on what to do in these sections of the forums is SE's fault.

useful and good idea - Keep crap out of the wrong forums. Once again, SE has hit these points, and yet again, their fault for thinking we could handle ourselves in an appropriate manner.

Damn you SE for thinking we could follow simple directions, when they are simple at least.

And unless you are one of the snowflakes posting drivel in the wrong forums, this wouldn't make much sense to you. You can take a test drive through those forums and see for yourself. No one said it was your fault.
