The lobby system and such are experiencing intermittent connectivity/response issues. Traces to them are sometimes stalling en-route or otherwise just taking a long time to respond. I've submitted a ticket with my particular netstat/trace results... but that team is off today. Posted something about it here, but it keeps scrolling off the front page, so I don't know if it's gotten through to them or not.

Hopefully the bulk of this will go away after they put in new hardware and reconfig things tomorrow night.
