Unable to click "start" button

I manage to log in to my account easily enough but the "Start" button isn't available for clicking.
I am currently in the 30 free days from the ANZ purchase of the game. I understand there's login issues at the moment but I didn't read anything similar to what's happening to me. Is anyone having this issue?

This is generally because a firewall is denying the game access to the internet. Peerblock wouldnt let me play until i shut it off. same greyed out start button issue.

That's strange because I've been playing for a few days up til today; more over, I just tried turning firewall off to log on and no change. Must be something different.
