    Restricted and disabled are two entirely different things. Restricted I would expect to mean only one or two servers are available but none are.

    I get that, however there are other people with the problem. I would imagine what SE (the person who released a game based entirely around pressing 0 so many times you break your fingers and are forced to chew them off to continue..pressing, 0) mean disabled, and also please continue to wait until a position opens, and then try again
