Tried to do my story quest got booted from the duty then na/eu servers wont show

So like the title says japanese players broke there servers so our servers are broken. It first happened to me at 11:45 am today... and I JUST LOVE THE FACT THAT THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT NO HELP NO UPDATES NO ONE TALKING TO US RESET THE GAWD DAMN SERVERS AND FIX THIS CRAP IM TIRED OF THIS BS DOESNT HELP THAT THERE ARE GIL SELLERS STUPID ASS PLAYERS GOING AFK EVERYWHERE SAYING LOGGED IN CAUSEING THE SERVERS TO HAVE MAJOR PROBLEMS EVERY 30 MINS TO AN HOUR.. IF YOU AFK NEAR MINFILIA YOU ARE A SAD LITTLE PERSON.

Ok im done with my little rant you knew how many ppl were going to be playing due to pre orders and you stupidly thought your puny servers could hold 300k-500k players on 50 worlds
