PS3, first of all. I keep spamming the Start -> character -> 1017 routine to try to get in. Eventually, I'm lucky enough to get in a queue. It counts down as usual before taking me into the loading screen. When the game has nearly loaded, it brings up 10102 and takes me back to the log in screen. By the time it goes through this and I get back to select my character again, I'm back to endless 1017s.
