    Yeah, I think you pretty much understand what I mean.

    What I'm trying to get at for a little more clarification (Going by number of times you do damage), is that
    Light Strike should do damage once (total of 2 punches), since it has the buff that raises some stats
    Heavy Strike should do damage twice (total of 4 punches)
    and as mentioned by Ashely
    Flurry should do damage thrice (total of 6 punches) keeping its reduced damage
    ALWAYS, so that when we choose to do an action, we know for a fact how many times we will hit instead of it being random (unless we miss of course)

    Well I believe part of the random number of strikes is due to crits. If what I've noticed is right, when Pugs crit they throw in an extra hit or so. I believe all classes have some kind of indicator, a variant animation for crit. I think it would be fine to keep that, but what you're suggesting is fine too I suppose.

    Nah, I'm not referring to the criticals at all. I know what you mean though, but for PGL criticals it just makes it look like it hits a bit harder but throws the same amount of punches, but maybe I dont pay enough attention to PGL crits, they don't drive me mad =P

    Light strike does about the same damage as flurry (per hit that is) which is less than the damage per hit on heavy strike. It still does more damage than 50% of heavy strike, and reducing it down to a single hit makes what difference?
    Also I still don't understand this whole thread. You are unaware of what attck you are using, unless the animation is completely different?

    I think the game developers have more serious concerns at the moment other than 2 animations that may not matter in a few months being different. Remember, they plan to bring in auto attacks, so the light, heavy etc. may not even exist after they do.

    I don't know how in the world none of you know what I'm talking about lol...

    You guys have never used Heavy Strike and had it do two (2) quick jabs, doing damage once (1), instead of the normal two (2) times?
    If so, that's amazing luck.. that or you guys aren't paying attention.

    Also, that last bit is a bit depressing to be honest.. To think that people actually want things like that to happen is ridiculous.
