    What I'm referring to are the two different animations that Heavy Strike, Light Strike, and Pummel do. There is one where it hits with two punches, and one where it hits with 4 punches. What I'm saying is that the animation where it hits once (two punches) should be on light strike only, because not only does it take the same amount of stamina when it decides to randomly use it, but it gives half of the tp and damage you would have gotten if it had hit twice (four punches). I wouldn't mind this as much if it were under my control, but again, its completely random.
    Its kind of odd in the first place that we have two hit animations, and not just a normal hit and a critical hit like everyone else?
    I think I know what you mean. It seems that all of our attacks are capable of hit once,twice etc.. such as sometimes heavy strike with just toss out 2 jabs then another time it will toss out 3 punches and so on. Most of the pugs normal attacks have this randomness of punches we throw out. I think what he means is why don't light strike "always" hit once and things like flurry always hit for the 3 hit combo etc... Honestly I would love to know if I hit flurry I was gonna dish out 3 swings regardless of miss / landed hits.

    Yeah, I think you pretty much understand what I mean.

    What I'm trying to get at for a little more clarification (Going by number of times you do damage), is that
    Light Strike should do damage once (total of 2 punches), since it has the buff that raises some stats
    Heavy Strike should do damage twice (total of 4 punches)
    and as mentioned by Ashely
    Flurry should do damage thrice (total of 6 punches) keeping its reduced damage
    ALWAYS, so that when we choose to do an action, we know for a fact how many times we will hit instead of it being random (unless we miss of course)
