I log out when I am done playing, only to be punished by not being able to log in when I would like to start a playing session.

I would like some information from SE on the login situation that is solid information.
I would like plans on reinstating the queue server.
I would like to know if they are going to allow free server transfers once they get more servers up.
I would like to know the plan of these transfers (Some people are going to stay on Over popped servers, so how are you going to get their friends on there with free server transfers,which I think we all deserve at least one).
I would like to know if they are going to add an AFK kick feature shortly (one that is smart enough to see past jump macros, etc).
I would like to know that our pain is being addressed.
I would also like to know why it has taken more than a week to let us know these things.

I would like to know what it means to wait for an opening to be available when there is no waiting in line. Does that confirm clicking over and over trying to get in?
Should I just come back in a week and hope SE will honor a do-over for my free trial period since I was unable to play during this playtime? Or is it free because it's worth nothing?

I'm not angry. After years, I am surprisingly not angry. I am so very sad and disappointed. I built a new computer to play this game. I have been able to login and I am impressed with the game (so far). I WANT to play, I don't want to blame anyone and I appreciate the work that went into creating this game. We are all still here because we hope it will be great. I feel like communication, which was the cornerstone of this rebuild, has fallen apart for us.

If you were a mechanic and had been paid for parts and services, is it fair to not provide the customer with their vehicle? Is it okay to say it will be fixed in maybe a week, we hope? This is unacceptable in any form of business. I understand games are entertainment, but honestly is that why it falls so low in the range of consideration? Do we have SUCKER tattooed on our foreheads? Because I don't know about you guys...I feel downright silly sitting here for over two hours trying to get into this game when I have several F2P MMORPGs just sitting there waiting to be played.
