Not a major issue, but when you click the prime location, it doesn't use the meat (yeah, I'd already killed the bird-thing for the meat). I had to go to my key items and use the meat manually each time.

Edit: I don't mean that it brought up my KIs, I mean I had to press start, inventory, navigate to ki's and select the item each time.
