    We appreciate you taking the time to report this error to us. We are seeing that you have a character that is a member of a free company on the world Ragnarok. Is this the character in which you are requesting to be placed on Ragnarok? Please respond to this thread with a confirmation so that we may either close the issue or ensure that the issue is taken care of properly.
